Meet Lisa
RYT 500
My name is Lisa Tyrrell and I am the visionary behind Eternal Heart Yoga. I embarked on my yoga journey in 2015, soon after my sister’s passing. Through the exploration of videos, DVDs, and YouTube, I soon learned I needed more. In 2019, circumstances led me to Strongheart Yoga, in Warren, for my first in-studio experience. It is there where my practice deepened, leading me to become an RYT 200 and, later, an RYT 500. In between these certifications, I continued to educate myself seeking training in Children's Yoga with a Trauma Informed Focus, Chair and Adaptive Yoga, and both Reiki I and II. In 2024 I retired from teaching and became a full time yogi, and in 2025 Eternal Heart Yoga was born. Currently, I am pursuing a Yoga Therapist certification, driven by my passion for helping others to heal. Through the transformative powers of yoga, I have been able to heal and reconnect to my true self and who I was meant to be. It is my belief that every-body can benefit from the healing nature of yoga. I don’t believe there is any one right way to do yoga, as yoga is as unique as the person practicing it. My students come to me in every shape and size from senior citizens to adults with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) to children, and every-body in between. I offer private and semi-private instruction, online, studio, and community based classes. I teach both Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga with a more therapeutic approach; specializing in Adaptive Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. It is my goal to bring accessible and affordable yoga to those who most need it. I believe that yoga truly is for every-body, and every-body can benefit from its healing nature. Being a retired educator, I am passionate about learning and the power of knowledge. As such, I am dedicated to my yoga journey and continue to educate myself in all things yoga: Anatomy & Physiology, Teaching Methodologies & Techniques, as well as Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics. My yoga training/certifications include: 200 Hour Yoga Certification through Strongheart Yoga - 2020 Certified RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance - 2020 Children’s Yoga with a Trauma Informed Focus through Yoga Ed - 2021 Chair Yoga Teacher Training Certification through Yoga & Ayurveda Center - 2021 Ayurveda Specialist Certification through Yoga & Ayurveda Center - 2021 Reiki I & II with Linda Fisher-Piccolo Reiki Master - 2021 Adaptive YOga with Mindy Eisenberg Yoga Moves Any Body - 2024 300 Hour Yoga Certification through Corewell Health’s Integrative Medicine - Yoga Therapy in Health Care -2025 Certified RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance - 2025 500 Hour Yoga Therapy in Health Care through Corewell Health’s Integrative Medicine - Current Stay updated with Eternal Heart Yoga by following me on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Your Best Year Yet:
From Vision to Victory!
Welcome, to Your Best Year Ever: From Vision to Victory!
As we prepare to step into 2026, we’re not just setting goals — we’re setting intentions. This workshop is about bringing your whole self — mind, body, and spirit — into alignment so that your vision for the year ahead isn’t just something you write down, but something you embody.
Through the lens of yoga, we’ll explore how clarity of vision begins with stillness, how focus grows through breath, and how persistence is strengthened through mindful action. Just as yoga teaches us to flow between effort and ease, goal setting teaches us to balance ambition with awareness — to move forward with purpose while staying grounded in the present moment.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll combine reflection, movement, breathwork, and mindful goal-setting practices to help you design a 2026 that feels successful, centered, and fulfilling.
By the time we have finished, you will have created more than a plan — you will have a practice. One that helps you return, and reflect, on your inner vision; one that moves you from intention to action, from vision to victory.
Your best year ever doesn’t just happen — it’s created through one conscious breath, one purposeful vision, and one aligned step at a time.
